1. You'll always hold Shaggy harmless, for everything. Even if you lose all your worldly possessions or die horribly as a direct result of something you find on this site, in which case your heirs will hold Shaggy harmless.

2. I didn't do it, I swear! Refer to #1.

3. In addition to that, Shaggy guarantees NOTHING, other than that she built the site as an exercise in, well, ...site building; and nothing more. Being a trusting soul, Shaggy believes the information on this site is accurate and true, but Shaggy (who is well known as a notoriously bad judge of character) also believes in the World Peace and the Tooth Fairy, so proceed at your own risk. Refer to #1.

4. I believe I own the copyright to just about everything on this site since I created most of it myself, but if there's something belonging to someone else and it's used without permission, it's unintentional. (Refer to #1). All you have to do is send an email telling me you think it's been pilfered and I'll investigate and take appropriate action. Then refer to #1.

5. Don't swipe anything you find here. It's all copyrighted unless otherwise stated, and copyright laws are brutal, with statutory damages up to 100k in some cases. Who'da thunk it.

6. I am NOT responsible for anything anyone says on the forum. Oh don't even get me started.

7. If you continue investigating the pleasures of this site, you thereby agree to all of the foregoing terms and conditions, and any others my lawyers may think of at any time.
